Earlier, Jeoung Youngsik and Lee Sangsu had given Korea Republic, the ideal start; they beat Deni Kozul and Bojan Tokic (11-8, 11-8, 11-6). Notably, Jang Woojin remained unbeaten, additionally, he overcame Deni Kozul to bring matters to a conclusion (11-6, 10-12, 11-9, 11-8).
